Cuong joined Leadvisors Capital Management in 2023 as a Senior Investment Analyst, supporting transaction execution & portfolio company management.
Prior to Leadvisors, Cuong has over 6 years of experience in the finance industry in various capacities. Cuong was Senior Associate at Grant Thornton Vietnam and EY Vietnam, providing services such as due diligence, valuation, and M&A advisory to clients, both domestic and international.

He also worked at CMC Corporation, a local technology conglomerate as an M&A specialist, focusing on building up its investment portfolio of technology startups.

Cuong holds a B.S in Corporate Finance from National Economics University and a M.Sc from Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia.
