He has over 20 years of management experience working with corporations and financial institutions in Vietnam and the United States, including Merrill Lynch, Protiviti, Logan-Rockefeller Global, Ocean Bank, and Leadvisors.

He has architected dozens of multi-billion-dollar transactions for both Vietnamese corporates and international investors, spanning investment, restructuring, and strategic advisory mandates.

Since founding Leadvisors in 2008, he has built Leadvisors and its subsidiaries into one of Vietnam’s leading hospitality and Grade A office developers, as well as one of the country’s most beloved consumer groups, with flagship businesses across food, ice cream, and bakery.

He currently serves as Chairman and Executive Board Member of multiple companies and organizations, where he is deeply involved in strategic planning, capital allocation, and operational oversight.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Marriott School of Management, Brigham Young University.
