He has an extensive background in quality control and technology management in the food & beverage industry. He first joined Trang Tien Ice-cream as Deputy CEO in 2020, leading technical operations to enhance product quality and production efficiency, and he was appointed as CEO in 2022.

He previously served as an Engineer in charge of technology at Hanoi Beverage Company (Habeco). He has 16 years of experience with Habeco and 5 years with Trang Tien Ice-cream.
