HANOI – Savills Vietnam on Monday 8 April 2019 is officially named Property Manager of Leadvisors Tower – the Japanese Grade-A office building developed by LeadvisorSanei Hospitality Holdings (“LS Holdings”).
Following the signing agreement with LeadvisorSanei Hospitality Holdings, Savills Vietnam will provide property management services for Leadvisors Tower starting from April 2019. Savills property management team includes Managing Director, Managing Assistant/ Administrator and Chief Engineer.

Leadvisors Tower is developed by LeadvisorSanei Hospitality Holdings, a joint venture between Leadvisors Capital Management – a Vietnamese asset management and investment company and Sanei Architecture Planning Co., Ltd – one of Japan’s leading public companies in architecture and construction. Leadvisors Tower is expected to open in Q3 2019

Sáng Thứ 2, Ngày 8/4/2019 tại văn phòng Savills Hà Nội đã diễn ra lễ ký kết chỉ định Savills Việt Nam là đơn vị Quản lý vận hành Leadvisors Tower – Tòa nhà văn phòng đẳng cấp Nhật Bản được phát triển bởi Chủ đầu tư LeadvisorSanei Hospitality Holdings (“LS Holdings”).
Theo thỏa thuận ký kết với LeadvisorSanei Hospitality Holdings, Savills Việt Nam sẽ cung cấp dịch vụ quản lý và vận hành tòa nhà Leadvisors Tower từ tháng 4 năm 2019. Đội ngũ quản lý Savills bao gồm Giám đốc quản lý, Trợ lý Giám đốc quản lý/ Hành chính và Kỹ sư trưởng. Bà Vũ Kiều Hạnh, Trưởng bộ phận Quản lý BĐS Savills Việt Nam chia sẻ: “Savills Việt Nam rất vinh hạnh khi được lựa chọn là đơn vị quản lý và vân hành Leadvisors Tower – tòa nhà văn phòng đẳng cấp chuẩn Nhật Bản đầu tiên trên thị trường. Leadvisors Tower được phát triển bởi LeadvisorSanei Hospitality Holdings, liên doanh giữa Leadvisors Capital Management – một công ty quản lý, đầu tư tài sản Việt Nam và Sanei Architecture Planning Co., Ltd – một trong những công ty đại chúng hàng đầu Nhật Bản trong lĩnh vực kiến trúc và xây dựng. Dự án dự kiến hoàn thành và đi vào hoạt động vào Qúy 3 năm 2019.
